Stingray City & Starfish Point  Catamaran Tour

What You Can Expect:

 

After meeting the with the tour guide, your journey will begin with a short drive to the marina where the boat and crew will be waiting to take you to the most popular attractions the islands have to offer.

  • Stop 1. Stingray City - known as one of the Island's largest sandbars, Stingray City is a place that will astonish you with its ethereal beauty and large packs of rays gliding through the soft sand to greet you in transparent, turquoise water.  [Snorkel opportunity, sun lounger, fresh water and bathrooms available]. 

  • Stop 2. Starfish Point - this secluded beach in Grand Cayman has a lot of starfish, the water here is very shallow, and then drops off to about 10 feet deep. Most of the starfish are in the deeper area, but they move into the shallow areas occasionally [Snorkel and photo opportunity].

  • This tour is not recommended for persons with limited mobility and infants 

  • At the time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information: ship name, docking time and re-boarding time

  • Departure times are in local island time 

  • Check-in starts 20 minutes prior to departure time

  • Grand Cayman is a tender port, please disembark as early as possible to avoid missing your tour. You may request "priority tender" on-board your ship if necessary  

  • You should bring swimsuit and dry clothes

  • Wear comfortable shoes and clothes

  • If you arrive to the meeting location early and don't see anyone from Amvivo do not panic, there are shops, bars and free Wifi spots within 100 feet from the meeting point where you can take advantage of while waiting
